WHAT WE DO
OUR CREATIVE
PROCESS
01
PROJECT BRIEF
For each bespoke stand that we design, we request a detailed brief that outlines the objectives for the stand, product displays, activities/attractions and specific stand information such as the dimensions, location and orientation, and project budget.
03
DESIGN SUBMISSION & APPROVAL
Once the client has approved the design and quote, we create elevations for the organisers to approve the design. We submit along with any show-specific forms and a detailed CDM pack, documenting all health and safety information, in accordance with the latest regulations.
02
DESIGN CONCEPT & QUOTE
We create a design concept that meets the brief and objectives, and makes the best use of the stand space and aspect. We then present our design concept proposal to the client, along with a detailed quote.
04
PRODUCTION & PLANNING
We create detailed working drawings allowing our joiners to manufacture and construct each stand, exactly as we have designed it! We oversee every stage of production in the workshop to ensure the highest build quality. Our project managers take care of all aspects of planning including ordering of stand services, furniture, AV and on-site logistics.
05
INSTALLATION
Our experienced project managers and on-site build teams ensure that all installations run to schedule. We endeavour to have each stand completed, QC checked and ready for handover to our clients well ahead of the show installation deadline. This allows plenty of time for stand dressing, finalising product displays and booth staff briefings.
